Thanks to the use of 2D and 3D CAD systems and through careful collaboration with qualified designers, MTE srl is able to tackle the complex design phases of industrial plant handling systems. In addition to the lay-out drawings of conveyor lines, we are able to carry out the design of mechanical components and plant support equipment, as well as all conveyor system components.

We carry out high-precision mechanical processes of various kinds, from single pieces to small and medium series with the use of numerically controlled machining centers for turning, milling and cutting for various types of materials.
Through a network of suppliers and qualified collaborators we are able to follow the customer even in processes external to our company, such as sandblasting and satin finishing of details, galvanizing and burnishing of ferrous materials, anodizing and aluminum colouring, welding, heat treatments, painting.

After the installation of the systems, M.T.E. is able to guarantee optimal assistance and maintenance of the same by supplying spare parts and accessories, in order to maintain optimal functionality, performance and safety of the systems.
We are also able to intervene and provide assistance on third party plants, monitoring the state of wear and tear of the line and proposing the interventions to be carried out for restoration.
